Slowing down mouse speed

I hate to bring up this aged thread, but I have to say it is a bit dissapointing that although Icue can change every single knob on the mouse, even define a marco skript for those and choose between all colours of the rainbow that my mouse is shining icue is not able to change the scrolling speed of the mouse wheel.
