Web6 de set. de 2015 · Hello, I have a problem with my power plan. I have a Surface 3 computer that when I first received had Windows 8. I upgraded my computer to Windows 10 as soon as I can. However, when I checked the power plans I could only find one power plan installed by default - Balanced.
