This is the first problem I've had with any device since we switched from TeamViewer. Unfortunately for me, it is becoming a pretty big issue WebI would strongly recommend to look for another RMM for macOS support. We have had less than a 25% chance of successfully remote connecting to a macOS computer with Datto’s web remote or Splashtop. I have had an open ticket with Datto support for over 4 months. There are huge bugs with it and they are not in a rush to fix them.
