WebIt is more like the Mirage system than CMW. The CMW options let people kind of go wild, and novices complained about the difficulty in telling the factions apart. To rectify this, TB limited the 'free-form' part of the customization, instead opting for more pre-scripted sets and colors instead of letting you customize each item as you like.
